The contract is for the duration of 24 months. After 24 months your contract will be billed on a month-to-month basis, or you may take your website and move to a different hosting platfrom. After 24 months your contract can be canceled at any time.

Any contract canceled before the final 24-month agreement is completed will be given a cancellation fee of 75% of your remaining balance and your website will be shut down. If you want to move your website to a different host, the remaining balance must be paid in full and we will assist in transferring your website. 

You are not limited to the number of revision requests. Most revisions can be completed in no more than 3 business days. Revisions do not include major web page redesigns or additional functionality such as e-commerce, blogs, etc.

Yes, we provide premium web hosting, daily offsite backups, uptime monitoring, malware scans, performance checks, plugin updates, theme updates, WordPress updates, unlimited content edits, and unlimited support available when you need it!

No, email accounts are not included. However, we can advise on what email services would be good for your business.

In order to keep costs low, we will provide you with design options to choose from. From there, we will match your company's color scheme, fonts, etc.

The whole purpose of our client plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case your website gets rolled into the ER, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web host on your behalf. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

We will set you up on automatic recurring credit card payments for 24 months. You also have the option to pay yearly. 

If want to cancel your contract, we can assist you in transferring your website to a different host. If you'd like to continue working with us, we will continue your plan month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
